Refund Eligibility

Super Squads is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process for its users. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation of Transactions

Period: After confirmation of a transaction, no cancellation is permitted. However, Super Squads reserves the right to allow a user to cancel a transaction and receive a refund under certain circumstances.

Cancellation Request: To request a cancellation and refund, the user must notify Super Squads via email within 48 hours of making the payment to cancel the transaction. Super Squads shall not be liable to refund any amount after this 48-hour window.

Discretionary Refund: Super Squads may, at its sole discretion, refund the amount paid after deducting applicable cancellation fees and taxes to the user.

Delayed Transactions

Transaction Completion: If you charge your card or bank account for a transaction on the Super Squads platform and the amount is not credited to your Super Squads wallet within 48 hours of the completion of the transaction, please notify us by contacting [email protected] from your registered email address.

Required Information: In the email, please include the following information: the mobile number associated with your account, the transaction value, the transaction date, and the transaction ID.

Refund Process: You will be refunded the money within 5-7 working days from the receipt of your email if Super Squads determines that money has been charged to your credit card or bank account without the corresponding balance being delivered to your Super Squads wallet.
